UtopiAd
UtopiAd was one of the first pay to surfs to pop up. So far, I like what I've seen.
They started releasing their software, called the CashBar, recently. It works well and it appears as though UtopiAd can be successful. With UtopiAd, they don't have a fixed payout rate. They do share a percentage of their revenue like most pay to surfs, and the percentage is 40%. But this depends on how much they earn. Hopefully as they get bigger and better advertising revenues will increase, and so will member earnings. But you can use it for unlimited hours each month, for unlimited earnings!
As for referrals, you get 4 levels of referrals. You get paid 10% for direct referrals, 5% for 2nd level, 2% for 3rd level, and 1% for 4th level referrals.
Overall, I think UtopiAd is one of the better pay to surfs, and if you haven't signed up already, you should!
